Big Head Blue Develops Marketing Campaign for Chubb's New My Alerts Program

Big Head Blue has developed the marketing campaign to promote Chubb's new My Alerts program for their insurance agents, which included conceptualizing and developing a new character, a webmercial, an Online Program Demonstration, and promotional items.

The very first task was to create a webmercial to get insurance agents excited for something that would change their current working processes, but would eventually make their jobs easier by creating more efficient procedures.

We began by creating several unique storyboards for the webmercials, one of which included a likeable new character. Chubb decided on a combination of the storyboards and we were on our way. Through this webmercial, Captain Alerto would be introduced. He was created to add some fun and a friendly touch to the campaign, making the adjustment to this new program more pleasant and positive for the agents. Captain Alerto was also used on promotional items, such as T-shirts and pens to continue building anticipation and excitement for the upcoming new My Alerts program.

Finally, two separate versions of a Program Demo were created. The demos highlight the benefits of the new program, as well as demonstrate how to use many of the features. Users can move through the demo at their own pace by paging through the interactions or jumping to a specific interaction by using the horizontal scrolling menu or the GO TO menu.
